Grant County Community Action Team (GC CAT)
Mission Statement
To convene Grant County Stakeholders (Government Representatives, Leaders in their Respective Fields, and Business Leaders): to assess Grant County strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats; for the purpose of creating and executing an integrated and prioritized plan; that focuses Grant County resources on the improvement and sustainability of the community, economic, and ecological health of Grant County.

The GC CAT stakeholders held the first Community Action Team meeting on February 4th 2021. The GC CAT was established: To convene Grant County Stakeholders (Government Representatives, Leaders in their Respective Fields, and Business Leaders): to assess Grant County strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats; for the purpose of creating and executing an integrated and prioritized plan; that focuses Grant County resources on the improvement and sustainability of the community, economic, and ecological health of Grant County.
The Grant County Court approved the Grant County Economic Development Strategic Plan on October 13th, 2021.
GC CAT meetings are normally held the first Thursday of the month. For more information contact Grant County Economic Development at (541)575-1555.
The Playbook is currently being developed. The Playbook is a living document that will have up to date progress reports.
